HOW IT WORKS

Are you curious about what your flowers go through? We have created this step by step guide to help you understand our process

1

STEP ONE

Placing your order is the first step! Before purchasing, please fill out an enquiry form to ensure your date is available. A booking form will be sent to you to fill out. Please include what product/s you are interested in, be sure to include sizes and quantities plus any add ons you are interested in. We can create something completely custom and bespoke so please reach out with any requests or design ideas you may have.

There will be a 50% deposit required to secure your date in the design calendar.

2

STEP TWO

After booking confirmation, we will arrange details on receiving your flowers. Right now we only offer local drop offs in San Clemente. Pick ups can be arranged for a fee if within Orange County. Quite often this is done by someone in the wedding party the morning after the event.

In the future we hope to offer the option to ship your flowers to us, you will be given a guide on how to best mail your flowers to us. Overnight shipping is recommended 1-3 days after the event for best results - the fresher we receive them, the better. A guide will be sent to you with tips and tricks on how best to do this.

3

STEP THREE

After the flowers arrive, I will carefully breakdown your bouquet and inspect your flowers to make sure they arrived in good condition to go into the press. Then we start the pressing process on the flowers right away. It usually takes 4-6 weeks for the flowers to fully dry, flatten and press.

STEP FOUR

The fun part! At this stage we will discuss your design aspirations for your frame (if we haven’t already by this point) and I will create a mock-up for you too. From here we can change and modify the design until you are completely happy. Once I have approval, I will fix down the design and frame your flowers.

5

STEP FIVE

Your order will be carefully packaged & be on its way to you. Unfortunately this is not a quick process but I promise you, good things come to those who wait!

All that’s left to do is unwrap your custom frame, hang and enjoy for years to come!
